BAL demarges into Separate Entities:Riding new roads

Mumbai, May 18: Bajaj Auto Ltd. (BAL) recently announced the demarger of its business in to new entities. After the meeting of its board of directors, it was decided that BAL would incorporate two new companies namely Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd (BHIL) and Bajaj Finserv Ltd. (BFL).
